A green card holder is required to carry a color photograph.
Photocopy of Diploma and degree if not submitted in prior registration.
The renewal charges are rupees 500 for 5 years.

As per UP PCI recent news, the number of appointment booking days is being increased from 90 to 120 working days.
And this will be active from 19 April 2022.
The total number of appointment slots is being increased from 150 to 200 and it will be active from 19 April 2022.
The online services for renewal of registration for all the pharmacists registered with UPPC as lifetime on the basis of their work experience.
The renewal of the application without any late fees is extended by the authority till 30 April 2022.
